we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced ecommerce manager to join the marketing department to contribute to the continued success of the moochi business.

key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

// review our business and brand strategy, and proposing and executing a ‘ecommerce plan’ to support our business objectives

// working with our passionate internal team to continually deliver website improvements in a highly efficient and prioritised way

// analyse and report on performance of campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s). provide recommendations to optimise spend and performance

// leading the launch of a programme of conversion rate optimisation, with agency support

// work closely with the brand team to develop & execute the social media strategy & calendar, and EDM roll out

the ideal candidate: 

// an ecommerce professional with a passion for digital commerce

// experienced in working with both internal and external (digital agencies, developers) parties to optimise ecommerce performance

// strengths in spotting opportunities and leveraging data and design to measurably improve the customer experience and grow online sales

// comfortable proactively identifying and troubleshooting technical challenges

// tuned into the roles of brand and design in delivering outstanding ecommerce performance

this role suits a quick-thinking, flexible personality, who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. you must be a team player and open to collaborative and reactive work flows

experience and skills: 

// experience in online retail with a focus on CRO, UI/UX design and analytics

// track record of positively impacting bottom line results in previous/current roles

// solid, demonstrable understanding of current ecommerce trends and technology

// strong understanding of web design principles and customer experience optimisation

// ability to use web analytics to identify, prioritise and act on problems and opportunities (google analytics experience essential, certification favourably considered)

// exposure to a/b and multivariate testing (CRO/conversion rate optimisation)

// web development and/or web design skills not-essential, but favourably considered
