are you looking for a new opportunity in a highly competitive fashion brand with excellent prospects for future growth and development? at Moochi we are looking for a highly organised & creative Marketing Manager to join our Auckland Head Office team.

Is this role for you? 

you will be responsible for the long-term brand marketing strategy, own and develop the end to end customer relationship approach for Moochi, while optimising the brands outreach.

you will have operational accountability to deliver the best in class CRM by growing and nurturing the brand community, optimising customer communications through increased personalization and ensuring that customers are exposed to the right message at the right time.

the Marketing/CRM/Brand Creative department headed up by the Marketing Manager will support the Senior Management Team by providing customer insights through analytics and key brand decisions.

key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

// devise and lead the strategy and implementation of all marketing and communications for Moochi, including new business ventures, collaborations and palette launches

// maximise brand image and customer desirability for Moochi through communications, PR, events and partnerships in the fields of fashion, design and art

// manage and lead all photoshoots in close collaboration with our Senior Designer/s and Creative Director

// balancing a strong creative vision with meticulous planning and rigorous attention to detail to ensure planning meets delivery

// lead and mentor the marketing department with a focus on team development, retention and career growth and progression

// manage and establish a comprehensive media database and PR strategy to strengthen Moochi visibility in the fashion industry

// working cross-functionally to deliver a truly branded experience through all customer touch -points

// close collaboration with the Ecommerce Manager to develop and launch a refreshed CRM strategy and increase international online sales

// oversee the execution of all digital and creative events that drive traffic and increase customer acquisition and measure ROI

// understand the journey of the Moochi customer analysing key touch points and maximising all customer opportunities

// execute weekly/monthly/quarterly standard reporting and lead the development of custom reporting and dashboards, identifying further KPIs to help drive the business

the ideal candidate 

// we’re looking for a team player that leads with respect and integrity. You’re someone who is friendly, professional and thrives in a busy environment with competing priorities.

// several years of experience managing marketing strategy for a similar business

// experience with International Marketing preferred

// experience in negotiating and influencing media partners, agencies, social networks and influencers

// extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in retail or luxury background

// strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies

// ability to anticipate future actions that may be required

// ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets

// passion for the Digital retail landscape and a desire to learn new technologies

// ability to network within fashion and related industries to drive interest and expand brand and company reach

// experience planning and managing projects from beginning to end; new store openings, palette launches
